bushing
I would like to but all new polyurethane bushings in my 87 truck. My question is how hard is this job and is there a link on how to do this job. I can't seem to find one.

It's pretty easy. LC Engineering sells a complete kit (as do many others I'm sure).
It's all pretty obvious. For the body bushings, just do one side at a time. Loosen all bolts on both sides. Slide a couple of 2x4's under the body on one side and change those bushings without tightening the bolts completely, do the other side and then tighten everything down. It helps to have a press to remove the ones on the torque rod but the new ones go in pretty easy with a normal vise.
