bigger tires

Hey everyone!

I have a 99 4runner sr5 4x4 with stock suspension and I am wondering if i can replace my 265/70/16 with 265/75/16 without rubbing? While looking at the forums, some have said you can and others say you cant. Which is it?

my sister 4runner has 265/75/16s on stock rims no rubbing at all
