Best Brake Pads?

About time for some brake pads on my truck, just wandering what yall prefer, or run?

x2, OEM. however if they dont seem to fit your budget, Wagner Thermoquiet. Wouldn't go for a lesser, they are your brakes.

How much do the OEMs usually run?

Akebono ceramics on mine,they last on my '99 and virtually no brake dust buildup compared to organic pads.

Just curious what makes the OEM pads that much better??

I would rather replace pads every year(10,000 or less miles) and have the best stopping power I can get.

I spend way to much money at the local dealer as it is.
