Back 2 Windows

My Car: 1993 Toyota 4Runner 3.0L V6 Manual Transmission 5-speed.

For some reason the back 2 passenger windows in my car start moving very slowly at just about the halfway point. And then when I want to move them back up, it goes the same speed and even stops. At that point Im forced to jiggle it up and down until it moves cleanly up to the top.

Any thoughts or ideas about what I can do to correct this?

Problem with the tracks or motors? Mine go slow once they hit the half way point too, but they've never gotten stuck before.

Yeah my original thought was wear and tear because when I was much younger Im sure my brother and I would play with the windows over and over again the backseat.

So that probably means I have to take the whole door apart...
