axle movement caused by worn out bushings

Hi, all I'm kinda to to this forum and well off-roading in general.

i have a 1997 4runner sr5.
my shop says that my rear bushings gone for the axle and it is causing the axle to be pointed ever so slightly to the right making the grimace (cause my 4runner is purple) pull to the right. which bushings are they talking about? and how easy are they to change?

Look on the rear axle. You'll see 5 links. 4 in front of the axle and 1 in the rear of the axle that control axle movement.
