Hello. I'm new to Yotatech. I have done some searching but didn't find anything. Has anyone converted a first gen 4runner to an ABS system?

Not saying it hasn't been done but it is definitely not common. I believe it would involve installing an entire ABS system from a newer rig.

Depending on the year most people just upgrade the front brakes, rotors & calipers and upsize the master cylinder. 84-85 also benefit from a IFS rear axle with the bigger rear drums and wider stance
