Get underneath and check the frame and the brake and fuel lines this liquid brine destroys any steel parts .

Unless it has been spending the winters in southern Utah.

The frame is in good condition. The rear bumper is starting to rust out on the corners its not all the way through

pull the vin number and run it through toyota. Most of the service campaigns on this vehicle are lifetime. Meaning if the head gaskets haven't been done then there is a chance that you will be able to take it toyota and get them replaced free (even motor work if there are burnt valves or any other problems.) I bought a beat up second gen earlier this year and have been continually running down issues, however, that being said, these vehicles refuse to quit. So, if it seems to be a solid starting point (frame is straight, not rusted out, everything is there and (mostly) operational,) if the price is right you cant really go wrong.
