like title says. Timing mark jumps when shooting with light. T1 and e1 jumped. Tested dizzy and I got ohms from g1 and g2 but o from ne while hot. Ne signal returns at ambient temp. Timing mark only jumps when engine reaches operating temp. Shot when just started and it's solid. Any help would b welcomed. I'm thinking it's the dizzy but want to b sure before dishing out more kala( Hawaiian for money) lol. I just dumped a bunch of cash in other parts. Started with code 52 . Changed knock sensor and it's pigtail but still got code. Resided straight to ecu and still got code. Used shielded wire for that. Figure get the timing on so that's when discovered the loopy timing. I am gonna get to the bottom of this.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Wann get this resolved ASAP.

 

Have you checked the gear on dizzy shaft for play?, and thinking possibly could have some play at operating temp. Just my .02 worth

 

Yes I have dizzy in my hand. Shaft seems to be ok.no up and down movement but has play when I move the rotor back and forth while installed. Still wondering about the no signal while hot from the ne( white wire) terminal on dizzy.

 

Looking for confirmation that the ne terminal will have a signal while hot.
