94 Toyota pickup 2wd front hub remove help

94 Toyota pickup 2wd front hub remove help

I have a 94 pickup 2wd and i want to know how to remove the hub from the rotor. The hub has five bolts that hold the rotor with, is that the only bolts i need to remove thanks in advance.

You need to pull the caliper off and out of the way.

Then you need to remove the outer wheel bearing

Then you can pull the hub off being careful not to ruin the wheel seal.

ok thanks does the outer wheel bearing needs to be press-fit

No. Once you remove the cotter pin and big nut in the center, the whole hub and rotor will just slide off. When its about half way off the spindle, push it back on and the outer bearing will be sitting on the threads where the big nut goes.
