94 4Runner 3.0L 2x4 Stall after warmed up

just got a 4runner drove it about 1 hour home on the highway, ZERO issues! Got it home and cleaned. Then suddenly issues, i've replaced fuel pump, strainer and fuel filter. Distributor(it was loose and broken) I loosely retimed the truck. got annoyed and left it over night.
Went outside tried to start it, got it started cold, it ran for 10minutes then died. Will not start. It starts and then died immediately, i've had it running if i keep the revs up.

TLDR:
Idles cold, warm stalls.
Wont stay running unless keep RPMs up.

Parts changed:
Distributor
Fuel Pump/Strainer

I'm going to be checking out the temp sensor(but the gauge shows fine so IDK)

@AoTwine I appear to have the exact same problem. '94 3VZ-E, died on the freeway in traffic. After it cooled down a bit, I was able to restart and get it off the road. Now it fires up fine when cold, but won't run more than 5 minutes until it warm up, then won't restart. When it does start after a short cool down it run if revs stay up but dies at idle. I'm wondering if you figured out what your issue was.
I'm going to replace the fuel filter tonight and fuel pump tomorrow. But that sounds like it wasn't the issue for you.

I jumped the Fp and B+ and the fuel pump runs, but I've read that they fail when they warm up. Other ideas might be vacuum to fuel pressure regulator, MAF sensor?
