91 3.0 Idle to low

91 3.0 Idle to low
I changed my spark plugs,new air cleaner.I runs smoother and is peppier but the idle is too low now and stalls when backing up.Whats the best way to turn it up a notch?

Idle air adjustment screw facing front of engine on throttle body.
