87 4Runner Clutch Master & Slave

I am about to replace the master and slave clutch cylinders. Can I save more time by replacing one before the other? Which one first?

Replace the slave cylinder first.

That was fairly simple. The only issue I had was the new Master Cylinder's push rod was a bit long. I laid the new cylinder down beside the old one and tried to adjust the clevis position similar to the old one before I installed it. That didn't work out as well as I'd hoped. The end of the push rod was touching the back of the clutch pedal assembly.

Any way, the pain is over and she's back on the trail.
