Oh Boy another newbie.
OK that said.
1985 4runner Non turbo runs poorly when i turn on headlights,fan,wipers,etc.
New cap,rotor,plugs,plug wires,battery.No Check engine light.Seems to be charging just fine with 14.2 volts measured at the battery.

 

i would check for loose connections first, make sure you have it grounded properly. is your battery underpowered? what else is directly connected to your battery besides what is factory?
are you reading 12v on the alt when the key is ON (not running)?

i know i sound like troubleshooting for dummies but info provided would only point to this... and sometimes its something insanely simple.

 

Yes I have grounded it well and even ran another ground wire from battery to the fender well.the new battery is 12.82 or so with the key in the on position terminal are clean and tight.the battery has 650 cca.No other items are going to the battery Radio,etc.
