5VZ-FE crank compression

I am currently looking at purchasing a used motor with low miles on it. The place that i am looking at purchasing the motor from says that it has a 160 psi of compression on all cylinders and i was wondering if that is good and what is a good compression psi?

On the lower end. At my work we got a couple 3.4s for sale with 180-190 compression and another with 200-215
