3rd Gen 4R rear coolant line bypass pics?

Great site.
I have read many threads discussing this bypass for rear coolant lines at the firewall. Under the truck I have a pinhole in one line spraying coolant and the best option for me at this time is the bypass with the option of buying new lines to feed the rear heater core sometime later.

Some great info is out there, but I have not been able to find one single pic of the finished process. I found one pic that showed which hoses to connect, but I need to know what the fittings/routing will look like when the bypass is complete. I think there is so much talk of this being an issue, if we had a list of all parts needed I'll bet it would be helpful to many. Are there any pics out there of the finished process?

What size are the hoses that need to be connected?
What type of hose fittings and what size are needed?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

All I did when mine went was to cut a section of the leaking line out and replace it with rubber brake line and a few clamps... Never leaked again.

Thanks for the reply.
I thought about something like that but what I ended up doing worked pretty well for me...Went down to NAPA and a helpful mechanic who works there came out and I showed him what I wanted to do. He set me up with a 3/8 connector, two worm clamps, and a couple of caps. Connected the two hoses, capped the rear steel lines, and voila, no more leaking. At some point I think I'll get new lines, but this is a quick fix to losing coolant, lots of it. i'll take pics and post them up.
