I'd say take the 33s.
Ain't 35s too much stress on the stock ifs components?

Personally on ifs I would run 33s. I don't think the extra stress on suspension and steering is worth the 1 inch of ground clearance that would be gained. Also if you have 4.10 gears the 35s would not be much fun on the street.

There is a set of 4.88's in ranier, wa on CL last I looked. Those would push whatever you decide on way better then those 4.10's

good choice going with the 33's. PERFECT size tire! better mpg, not as much wear and tear and 35's a lot of the time lift it too far. someone who 4x4s for performance, lifts the least amount with the most practical size tires that will work. someone who lifts 10 stories high with 55" tires lol, is gonna do great as long as its flat with no bumps or anything. usually rigs like that are for deep mud only. its stupid to take a toyota, that has so much potential, and turn it into just another mud bogger. make that toyota go where no other rig can go!!

I am also looking to get new tires. But I am wondering if they would even fit. I have put the OME suspension on, getting the 1 1/2 - 2 inches it gives. I haven't really invested much research yet, but I am looking at going back to 31's, but 33's would be sweet.

33's i think almost fit just stock so if you have 1.5-2" of lift, there should be no problem. you could call like your local tire shop and see if they could use their computer system to look it up. over here on the west coast we got a place called les schwab's that'll do that. i'd bet it'd have to problem but dont just take MY word for it lol. 33's are the best size tire though!

You're still gonna be undergeared for 33's on your 4.10's...

maybe a little but not really. it's not a big enough difference. if they were goin 35's then yeah i'd agree. i had a '90 4runner 3.0 a few years back and i ran stock lift, stock gears with 33's and it worked perfect. i really dont think you'll have any problems with 33's
