Exclamation 3-VZE Torque Sequence?

I'm in the process of fixing a coolant leak on my '88 V6, I've had two cylinder heads blow out in the past, and while I'm hoping it's only a head gasket, I'm expecting to have to replace the whole head. I was getting ready to take off the cylinder heads to find out how much trouble I was in when I realized I couldn't find my Chilton Manual. I've been scouring the internet for the 3-VZE Torque/Untorque sequence so I can get these things off, but I can't find it anywhere, a little help would be much appreciated.

And if you might know why I'm going through a cylinder head every two years that'd be great. Thanks!

According to my 92 FSM for the 3vze it shows:

Right hand
Front of head here. 2 8 5 4 1
________________ 5 7 9 3

Hope that helps...

Yeah, I just broke my socket wrench though, so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get a new one. Thanks again!
