22re high idle and pushing out coolant after shutoff

i have a 89 toyota 4cyl 5 speed. i replaced the motor about 40,000 miles ago and had no problems until about ten thousand miles ainto the overflow tank go. it started out by idle surging however i fixed this by changing out the iacv. it ran perfect for about two more days and now it is idling high after warm up for about ten or fifteen min and then it will stop and wont do it again until the truck is shut off and cooled down and started again. it is also pushing coolant out after i shut it off into the overflow tank and out the hose. its not running hot though. the heat hand will raise to about half way while it is idling high but after that it comes back down. the tps, iacv, mass air, temp sensor, fan clutch, radiator, throttle body, radiater cap, thermostat, and heat hand are all new. the tps and idle are set right and the timing was double checked.i have also checked for vacume leaks. any ideas?

Only one I can think of pull the plug see if water comes out. See if the ager level is slow. Get a pressure tester see if water comes out a cylinder then. Or maybe the intake gaskit. Hook a vaccume gague to it and do a compression.test

that sucks bro. but befor u reassemble it get the head checked and surfaced and a vavle job. but by the point off having the head off its best to pull the whole engine and rebuild it ur self if u can do a valve adjustment ur self u can build a 22re. if u need engine specs i can help u with that
