22re 4x4 vs. 22re 1 TON = SAME?

Buying a 22re motor from a 1987 toyota 1 ton truck. Was wondering if it would fit my 86 toyota 4runner 4x4 4cyl 22re. its sappose to be low low mileage with tags going back 4+ years. Need to know ASAP. Not sure if the HP would be the same or any mods needed..What are the differences? Please help!! Thanks.
