22r to 3.4

when you swap from 22r to 3.4 can you use the same tranny from the 22r on the 3.4

You can IF you have a 22RTE trans (R151F) however you have to use the V6 bellhousing, AND you have to use the V6 crossmember.

I found that one out the hard way

The V6 crossmember pushes the transmission 4" forward, which will also change your drivelines.
