2000 4Runner LTD Supercharged overdrive and 4WD not engaging

2000 4Runner LTD Supercharged overdrive and 4WD not engaging
Not sure if they're related, I hadn't used the 4WD for a couple of months.
When I let up on gas, I can feel OD kicking in. When I accelerate, it turns off. When coasting with foot off gas, I can engage and disengage OD with switch, dash light comes on and off as it should.
4wd won't engage, no lights. Tried manually and with button.
Trans fluid is fairly fresh and at proper level. 4WD fuse is good. Vehicle has 136k miles. No CEL.
