How do you lower the torsion bar, which way do you turn the bolt/nut to lower the front?

 

Undo the jam nuts, and loosen the bolt (counterclockwise when looking up at it). Every cm of length on that bolt translates to about 2cm ride height, so loosen it about half as much as you want to lower the suspension.

 

ok because i want to lower the front. There two nuts on top do i have to loosen them at the same time as the bottom bolt.

 

Make shur you go take it for a ride before you snug them up, as they need to settle in and might move from the adjusments you made

Just back the bolt off instead of tightening it.

 

...you want to take care to adjust both sides the same amount, so remember to count how many turns you do with the wrench.
