1994 4Runner

In my owners manual it shows my tire jack to be under my rear seat but doesn't show me how to lift the cushion.

There is a strap in the middle of each of the seats. May have to dig for it, pull on this and it will/should release the latch.

and just to add in cause the two guys i work with couldn't figure it out. you need to release the pressure on the jack to remove, keeps it from making noise (i hate rattles).
