whats up everyone, just joined this forums. and yeah, im a newbie from hawaii. well, i just picked up a 1991 toy pickup 4x4 V6 3vz. the truck runs fine except it just developed a buzzing/humming noise from time to time. it usually occurs when i stop and when i press my power window switches. It also causes a buzzing vibration on my shifter. i already checked my belts and my power steering fluid is at full level. im not sure what could be wrong, if anyone could help me out with some knowledge that'd be great.

if it happens when you press the power window switches, that should tell you right there it's an electrical thing (and not power steering).

I'd check all your relays, possibly fab up a better battery-chassis ground than the dinky wire there in stock form....you could be getting a short too, or the alternator could be on its way out.
