Looking to buy a 5 speed transmission for a 1989 4runner with a 4cyl 22re efi engine.Must be a fair price or willing to trade for it.New to the 4runner thing and trying to do everything on a budget.Im am located in the Los Angeles,CA area.

Im not sure what model it is,I would assume it is a w56 based on other threads i have read here.Feel free to send a pm.Willing to fravel 50 mile radius from my location.

 

All of the 22re engines have a W56 transmssion, but be careful because there are FIVE different ones! I believe the one you need is a W56B, but double-check that rather than just taking my word for it. I could have sold you one last summer, but it's long gone now.
