I'm looking for a few misc items for the interior of my 1999 4Runner. I have a cloth blue/grey interior with an auto trans and 4x4. Right now I need:

-Garage door opener cover
-Passenger front headrest
-Overdrive on/off button (or whole shifter if you can't part it out)
-Rear cargo cover
