Hey guys, looking for a set of 4.88s for the 8 inch housing around 350$ or close to it! I have a set of 4.10s in my truck now and since I'm rebuilding the front end, its the perfect time to go ahead and put a set in the her. I need a gray dash pad(crack free!!!), a center console(non 4runner style please). Im not too picky on the console as long as it is clean and not cracking or POS. Also looking for a set of outside door locks w/key that work and are nice. Just let me know what you have. I do have some parts for trade if anyone that has these parts is looking for something else I may have.

 

You can find factory 4.88 thirds in the rear-ends of 4runners all over. I found three in one yard here locally. 2 in another. Call around or go visit some local/area Pull-a-parts or regular yards.

Or are you looking for aftermarket?

 

Doesn't really matter, stock or aftermarket. I still need a front set of gears for a solid axle. Not much on pull a parts close to here.

 

I just picked up one set of gears. Still need one more 488 third member, grey dash pad, door locks, and console.
