Factory sunroof ‘84-89

Looking for factory sunroof glass. Mine is rusting and want to replace before it starts leaking. Looking for the factory sunroof glass, not the aftermarket ones.

will pay for shipping. Looking for a quality rust free piece.

thanks,
james

I have talked to them about these once. The cost for just the part was a punch in the gut, it's gonna be sort of random on the piece quality over all of course, the shipping if you can't pick it up makes you need to do the math for MPG to go get it (and honestly even if the shipping insurance pays out for damage, you just killed an unobtainable part what do you do now..)

The frames are rebuildable and refurbishable, the glass noone has a good spec or alternative for.

Heat will help separate your glass from the metal frame, actually the rust helps here also. Once it's separated it's a "simple" EDM, treat and reseal..

The only tricky but is getting the glass off without damage. They've been know to separate just from a good soak in the sun fwiw.

Yea, Id prefer to grab both, just in case the glass breaks during the removal process.
