Are you talking about fitment issues? If so, supposedly the most recent re-designed Doug Thorley headers have taken care of any fitment issues.

What do you recommend?

My only experience is with these on the 3.4 swap so its a bit construed by comparison but it still has presented issues that would have existed I think on a 3rd gen regardless.

Cut the EGR bung off. Weld it up. Non EGR.

yeah brian he still has them and they are non egr complainant, went and looked at them, theve been ceramic coated and never installed, jbl, he paid 900 for them,. 400 obo
