1984-89 SR5 4runner Gauge Needle Set

So I thought I was clever when I had my dash apart. I painted all of my speedo needles orange. Well the first night I had them back in I realized that the entire cluster is illuminated from behind, not the front. So I now have shadows for needles at night.

Here's the cluster I'm working with:

Finished gauge needles

I'm looking for a set of needles so I can see again (almost ran out of gas the other night b/c of it).

Thanks!
Mike

No, I'm not trying to be a cheapskate, but couldn't you pull the needles off (or, leave them on I guess) and just clean the paint off? I offer the needles from a cluster I've got sitting in storage, but I would never be able to sell that cluster without needles.

You're correct. I may end up doing that anyway. Just thought I'd try and see if by chance anyone had a bum cluster that I could steal the needles from. I've had so many projects going on at once, was hoping that this one could be a simple r&r.

What are the needles worth? I have a bum cluster that has broken tabs, a couple of broken gauges, broken cover ect, I'd be will to ship the whole thing to you on your dime, or take the needles off and just send those. Shoot me an offer...
