Hi all, new here....I have read tons of threads on tailgate window issues. I had a local mechanic install a new regulator and glass (my hands don't work in such small spaces). I used the old motor, it was fine. Well, this "mechanic" seems to have wired it wrong. When I used the switch, down goes up and up goes down. I wasn't sweating that, until I realized that the ecu would not allow the rear wiper, defroster, and window fluid spritzer to work if it thinks the window is not up. If I lower the window, they all work fine...lol....
I don't want to bring it back to this guy. Can I just reverse the wiring on the switch or do I have to switch the cables on the motor?
I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
