transmission question help!

Hey guys I just got a 06 4Runner SR5. It has 60k mi. I totally love it but I have a question. When I am driving and i let off the gas, when the transmission downshifts (i think from 4 to 3 maybe) the RPMs dip a little and then jump back up. Not too far, maybe dips to 1k then jumps to 1500? It isnt harsh but i can feel it somewhat. Is this a transmission problem, something else, or nothing to worry about?

Any help/ideas appreciated. I know approximately nothing about cars haha thanks.

If it is when the truck downshifts while decelerating as you indicated, it is perfectly normal.
