Squeak...Squeak...Squeak Coming from wheels

I recently noticed this annoying squeaking sound.

You can hear it until wind noise overcomes it, but while just taking your foot off the brake you can hear it. It seems to come from the rear. After a 5 hour trip 2 weeks ago the hubs were as cool as can be so I don't think it is the bearings, but I could be wrong. I noticed that when I press the brake it seems to go away.

Any suggestions?

Yes, I just did, pads are VERY low in the rear.

Duh. I'm an idiot. Thanks.

(This is on a '04 4Runner BTW, forogt to put that in.)
