Need help with ECU component ID
2004 T4R, V6 Ltd, 4x4, has a blown zener diode in the ECU, location D409 with the markings D.4 3G. Was wondering if anybody has data information on this part and where I can buy some. I believe the part to be D.4 3G because of its size and similarity to other components nearby. It was burnt to a crisp.
