Hardwiring GPS (Garmin 265WT)

Hardwiring GPS (Garmin 265WT)
I have an 06 4runner and would like to hardwire the GPS I just got so I dont' have a wire dangling in the front. The wire on the 265WT is a pretty wide wire. What is the best way to get that from the top of the dash down to the fuse box on the drivers side. I would guess by taking the A-pillar off but I hat to mess with anything near an airbag.
