Has anyone ever added the lighted runningboards or just the endcaps to a 4runner that was not originally equipped with it? I want to add the endcaps with the lights to my OEM SR5 runningboards (which appears easy enough to do) just not sure if the wiring already exists or where I am to pick it off from. I have my stock NON lighted runningboards and it seems easier to just change out the end caps with the lenses in it. Does anyone know if the connections are there on an SR-5?

Look at the frame, about midway, you will see a hole in the frame. feel around and see if there's a plug in. Thats where they plug in on my Limited.
if you find one, I have the lighted running boards that I removed (Titanium).
