Driver's side air mix will not get cold [HVAC]

2004 4Runner Limited. Driver's side air not air conditioned when set to cold. Passenger side is cold as expected. Removed LH servomotor and hand operated air mix damper. Am able to heat the air by moving the air mix damper to Hot. But when moved to the opposite position (cold) the air is still not being cooled like the passenger side, its neutral. When LH air mix damper is in full cold position it remains a significant difference in temperature between the passenger and driver side cabin air outlets. So my question is, how is this possible? It would help to ensure I have a full understanding of the air flow, looking for an air flow diagram. And it would help to understand if the RH servomotor or any other might play a role in the Driver's side air temperature. If not I wonder if there might be an air leak or the damper is not fully engaged to the cold position, such as out of adjustment. Please advise and thanks.

After some Internet forum research I found similar symptoms had been resolved by adding 134a to the low charged system. So I rented an AC Manifold Gauge set from AutoZone. Checked the charge while in their parking lot. It was very low on low side and at edge of low side range on high side. I added about a half a can of 134a using the Manifold Gauge set and a can puncture adapter. Fixed the issue completely. Got cold air at 48 degrees F while outside air temp was 78 degrees. The total repair cost was $20 after returning the rented gauge set.
