Hey guys I have searched everywhere but unable to find otu if I can ADD DRL to my new Tacaoma. I have performed the mod on my 2005 Sport 4Runner when the dealrs didn't have a clue(THanks Rando!) so my question has anyone ADDED DRL to their Tacomas' with a flasher realy similiar to that add with the 4 runner.

Alo. My Keyles entry is silent how can I turn it on to chirp once for open/close functions??

Figure out the wiring diagram and or DRL setup on a 4th gen 4runner and retrofit accordingly..

 

he said he did that already.. pretty sure he wouldve tried that by now.

 

Why not just turn the switch on an leave them on all the time if you really need to bother other drivers with you lights on during the day?

DRLs have to be the dumbest option on cars in the US today, and on top of that it is a total waste of energy.

 

DRLs use a differetn wattage I think since DRLs aren't as bright as teh actual headlights but I don't see why someone would add that as a mod. I too think DRLs are a bit much and I don't think they are mandatory ecept in Cananda.
