I have a 1995 Toyota pickup xtra cab. I bought it last year, it needed the basic things like plugs and plug wires. till i started to notice the frame was rotten. so I bought a donor frame and swapped everything over, and now I run into the issue of it not running. it cranks but doesn't start. iv'e went over the fuel pump and the rotor and distributor cap and cant figure it out. the truck starts off of starting fluid or when i spray gas into the intake. Also want to note that the fuel pump doesn’t come on with the key, only when you jump it via the diagnostics port my 1995 Toyota pickup before the frame swap

I would go through and check every connection that you touched to make sure it is plugged in all the way and do the same for all the ground wires. Sounds like the cold start injector is not working or a coolant temp sensor
I have checked every connector and ground, everything seems to be fine. I do have a code for the coolant temp sensor its code 22. when I cracked open the banjo bolt for the cold start injector fuel had come out. but i'm not sure if its working right.

Cracking the line does not mean it is squirting, it just means that there is fuel available. Coolant Sensor could be telling the computer that the engine is already warmed up and the injector does not need to cycle. Are the wires all the way into the connector?

The fuel pump on these trucks doesn't cycle with the key turned on. You have to crank the engine and the AFM has to sense air moving through it to cycle the pump.
Do you have the whole air intake installed? Is the AFM functioning properly?
I do have the entire intake installed, i'm not sure if the AFM is working properly, I will check later on today. I meant the fuel pump doesn't come on when i'm cranking the engine. Currently at the moment I have the fuel pump wired up to a switch so it will come on.
