I have a 94 yota with 22re and 5 speed that was rolled over so i started to put a 88 body on that also had a 22re and a 5 speed. i used the ecu and harness off the 94 but the plugs on the cab harness are different. What should i do?? does anyone know what color wire does what on both the years?

You are spanning body styles, so you are going to have to find wiring diagrams and start figuring it our yourself

that is going to take a few hours and it is not something that most members are willing to do. I would suggest you get yourself some factory service manuals or wiring diagrams and figure it out for yourself.

you should be able to take both harness schematics and figure out which wires correspond to the components just lay your cab harness and engine harnesses out from each each vehicle and look in your manual and just start labeling all your wires. the pins in side the harness clips should be re usable if you take some caution and do get into a hurry
