I have no reverse lights and 4x4 light. Found the wires on the trans for both but don't see where they go...Any body got any pics or know where they start..pics would be great ...Thanks!

 

On a 22RE the wires come out of the harness near where the wires for the oil pressure and starter low tension wires come out. If you see two wires in that area not plugged in to anything they are probably what you want. On a 22R or 3VZE I don't know where the wires come out of the harness for sure, but I would guess it's the same area.

 

This topic has been covered on Yotatech many times and if you search using some keywords such as "no reverse lights" or "reverse lights not working" you will get anywhere from 61 to 200+ posts to read through where you might find the info you are looking for. You don't say what year or model your truck is and though most problems are the same over the years, the wiring colors that may be referenced can be model and year specific. Below is a link to a recent thread for an 86, it might be of some help, but do a search and you might find someone with a problem that matches yours exactly.
