windshield cowl panel

pulled the windshield molding and cowl panel off to look for a water leak. no rust found. sealed around windshield and was wondering if anyone has seen a replacement cowl panel without the fresh air grilles. my truck has the flip out vent windows so I never put the hvac controls on fresh air. in theory , the truck could still pull fresh air through the water runoff passages under the cowl and fenders even without the grilles in the cowl .i just want to never have to deal with rust in the front cowl.

Toyota Fiberglass in Canada sells a ventless cowl. They call them "smoothie" cowls.

YotaTech member slacker makes them and works at Toyota Fiberglass
