Question White plastic screw on 22re tb?

Anyone know what that white plastic screw is with the spring around it on the side of the 22re throttle body? I've done a search and looked all over the place but nothing talks about it.

I remember awhile ago a friend screwed around with it while I had the hood open to check the oil. I'd like to know if I need to readjust it or what. Thanks.

that is the AC idle up adjustment screw. It controls the idle speed when the AC is turned on.
