Where in the world do i source new cab mount bushings

DISREGARD THIS POST I WILL BE USING THE ENERGY SUSPENSION KIT AND MAKING SOME ALUMINIUM (SAID THE BRITISH WAY) SPACERS TO ACCOMODATE DIFFERENCE IN HEIGHT AND ALSO TO FINE TUNE BODY HEIGHT FOR MY SWAP

Alright boys and girls. I see a lot of people are reading my posts but not getting many answers where are all the gurus at!?!?

okay so here's my next question. I am trying to find cab mount bushing kit for my pickup.

I currently have Energy suspension kit number 8.4103G. The Energy suspension site does list this as a correct fit but upon speaking with reps from Energy Suspension and DST I am told that this kit (8.4103G) actually ONLY FITS 1995 2WD TRUCKS & 89-95 4RUNNERS and that there is not current available kit for other year 2WD. DST also informed me that they do not list a kit from any other brands either that will fit others years besides 95.

If anyone has any info on where I may be able to source these it is greatly appreciated. Or if anyone has any ideas as far as using the bushing from the kit I have that ARE the correct size and just go about sourcing the two (I think it is the middle two) from the kit that are not the correct size.

EDIT: upon further inspection I found that the two bushings in this kit that are not the proper size are just 13/16" taller than the others. I could have sworn I previously came across a web page on Energy Suspension or DST or one of those sites that actually had a request form to request a specific size bushing for a particular application. Was I dreaming? anybody aware of this or any companies that would be willing to manufacture the bushing 13/16" taller?

I’ve been trying to find OEM or equivalent for my 4R. Two of the part numbers are discontinued. This isn’t an answer, but I found N.O.K. catalog intriguing. And they did supply some components to Toyota.

not the easiest catalog to browse, but something.

I installed some poly cushions. I'm not terribly fond of the poly stuff, and would like to find something closer to oem. I can get the front pair, and the two rear pairs from Toyota, but the two middle pairs are discontinued.
