Where To Get Rear Diff Casing Bolts

So, as I prepared to reinstall the pass rear axle, after having the bearing and seals replaced, I go to torque the bolts holding the brake/bearing assembly to the axle shaft (theres 4 of them, similiar to lugs?), at 50 ft lbs, I snap the head off one.

Local Toyota dealership is amazingly dense. Took them a good half hour to figure out what I needed, even though I brought in the axle. I think they ended up giving me the right part number, but its going to be a 5-14 day wait to get the bolts!

Anyone know a website I can get them from faster?
I think this is the part number 90105 10084

Sighs.

Red face

Wow I know some parts people at dealers are a little slow.

Thing is the Toyota parts are set up off the VIN so If you didn`t have that I can see where they might have had a problem . Even with your old parts in hand remember to most parts people it is all numbers they have no idea where it goes or what it does

My Parts people at Krause Toyota are great.

I am guessing it might have to do with your remote location and how special order parts are handled at your dealer .

I hope you are replacing all of them. Just thinking if I was to send you some used ones till they got there you would have your news ones .

I gave them my vin, but it turned out the parts guy didnt know what he was doing. I ordered the last 6 in canada today apparently.

For having 60 000 people, with a service area of 250 000 , you think the dealership here would up the ante on what they carry. ugh.

I've found that many dealers are like my local Checker/O'Rieley; WORTHLESS. Although many of my friends and people I've talked to here have found competent dealers, I have not had such luck.

For future reference: www.RockAuto.com

Yeah, Ive looked on rockauto and autopartsway, even jc whitney. Its the amount of time it takes to get parts up into Canada. (We're 3rd world and all dont ya know?)

But for now, it seems Napa is my main store, they know my truck inside and out by now lol

Ive actually had some good luck with NAPA, and auto yards in Western Canada.

My solid rear glass should be here shortly

I dont see why people dont think of that..?

Well first off, most hardware stores dont carry lug bolts this small (because thats what almost all of them think they are), and Im not ok with putting grade 5 bolts on my axles.

They were cheap-ish through toyota, got em now, and should be completing my axle/bearing fiasco tomorrow
