Red face

As far as I can tell by looking there is nothing different about the lower hose on a turbo truck compared to a regular truck.

In fact the hoses off the radiator are all the same. Top hose

bottom radiator to pipe

pipe to water pump.

Now if you have a swapped in turbo engine take your old hose to the store and match it up.

Measure. Go to your local parts store and find something that fits.

The pipe to waterpump is different on turbo trucks. It has an extra 3/4'' (or 5/8'' can't remember) heater hose connection in the middle of the bend. I got that at a local toyota dealership. The other hoses should be the same as 22re.
