What's the difference in 2wd and 4wd radiators?

I found a great price on ebay for a radiator for the 2wd 3.0 trucks and 4runners. At radiatorbarn.com, I have compared the 2wd and 4wd radiators, and the only difference that I can see, is something to do with the the auto. tranny cooler. I have a manual tranny, so I dont see why that would matter. Anyone know any differences?

Shouldn't be a problem they both bolt up the same, the inlet and outlet pipes are the same, just no need to hookup the trany lines that you obviously don't have. Maybe some else will chime in here.

I just ordered mine today for my 4runner.
Looks like the core size is different:

4wd=
18-11/16 X 20-11/16 X 2-1/16

2wd=
17-3/4 X 20-11/16 X 2-1/16

Your right Toddski, I misread it earlier. I read 18 3/4" instead of 17 3/4" on the 2wd. I didnt think 1/16" would make a difference. I am assuming that the 1 1/16" difference would affect the overall size and not make it bolt up right?
