are you still running stock headers? if so, you're not going to get the performance from those mods that you should.
i've done most of those (+headers) and my highway is still around 25, poorer in the summer. out here we get crap for gas when it warms up.

yeah unfortunately i am running with the stock headers. I have heard mixed things on headers. Either that its not a good upgrade for the price your paying for them, Or if you are going to do headers, dont skimp on the price, spend money on good headers. So should I be thinking about getting headers put on? I am totally for it, but what kind would anyone recomend?

i wouldn't hesitate, put some on. search the site, there are lots of opinions on brands--there's a big thread now on someone's listing pros and cons of most of them. price varies, just do your homework.
got my NWOR headers on ebay for very little, barely used, but unfortunately for the owner, not CA legal. love 'em, easy to install. (i've heard some have had problems dealing w/ NWOR.)
