What is this and what does it do?
Can someone please tell me what this is and what is does?
Its on the side of the EFI and it has 2 hoses that conect to the
Power steering pump.

Its the adjustment knob for the a/c idle up control.

Problem
I keep mine shut off because if I open it when the engine warms up it starts to make this deep whistling noise and the RPM's go up to about 2000 to 2500.
any ideas on fixing the problem?
