were it me, I'd use a 35" tire even if the gearing gave me a little more room.

well the 5:29s arent as low as i thought they would be but i do like to build em big but at the same time dont want it to be a dog seeing how im keeping the 3.0 in it. my thoughts were the 35 12.50 bfg m/ts. didnt know if i could or should go any bigger than that

I'd stick with the 35's. You might still have a little pounding to do on the pinch welds. My 33's are starting to wear a bit, looking at 35's or maybe a 36 on 4" lift, and some trimming.

yeah thought about 36s but i would prolly need a little trimming also. do you know of anyone that makes a decent set of flares? the widest ones i found for a 94 runner were only 1.25 inches and i need 3.5 inches. i think those monkey ears look like hell and would rather find something that looked a little nicer.

depending on what you really need, you may try here:

I mean, why get flares if you can get fenders?

thats pretty sick man. does it seem like it has enough power or is it doggy at all? i was told if you put 5:29s in and run 35s that would make it run pretty close to the stock rpm as if you just pulled off the lot with stock tires and gearing

there is another guy on here somewhere that has 37 boggers but idk if its his DD or not. i think that 37 s are closer and better then 35 s with 5.29s it makes your final drive gear just a bit taller so you can hold a gear longer. and i haven t really felt any doggyness i can hold 5th up hills for alot longer. oh yeah and i am a like 2600-2700 at 65mph
